
5 ingredient protein ice cream 🍠🍨This is what dreams are made of.
Ingredients:
1 sweet potato or Japanese yam
8oz dark chocolate (melted)
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 chocolate protein shake or(10oz nut milk + 2 scoops of protein powder)
Pinch sea salt
Cook sweet potato till soft. In the microwave for 5min per side works great. Peel potato.
Blend with the remaining ingredients, coconut sugar, chocolate, vanilla and the shake.
Remove and add to ice cream maker, churning for 20 min. Then place in container and freeze for 2 hours.
If you don’t have an ice cream maker, place mixture in the freezer and stir every 30min until it is ice cream consistency.

Learning how to navigate one of the most common (and delicious) staples in the kitchen will level up your cooking game. Take a look at the video for a full tutorial. I’m using the @Victorinoxnorthamerica Swiss Modern Wood Santoku, which is a fantastic all-purpose professional knife for the at home chef.
